Visitors and applicants at Money Expo 2026 Udonthani completed more than 2.32 billion baht in transactions over three days, with home financing and insurance among the main categories recorded by the organiser.

Key terms: offline and online transactions are the combined sales and applications recorded at the event; home loans and refinancing are grouped together in the organiser’s figures; insurance and bancassurance are counted by total sum insured; deposits and savings lottery products are shown together in the ranking.

What did the event record overall?

The 13th Money Expo Udonthani was held from 9 to 11 October 2026 at Central Udon in Udon Thani province under the theme “AI WEALTH CREATION ขับเคลื่อนความมั่งคั่งด้วยพลังเอไอ”. Phaknee Wiriyarangsarit, co-chair of Money Expo, said the three-day event recorded more than 2,320 million baht in offline and online transactions from more than 3,460 financial and investment applicants.

The organiser also said the event generated more than 2,300 million baht in total transactions in a separate summary, while the detailed breakdown put the figure at more than 2,320 million baht. The source presented both figures in its coverage of the event.

Which products drew the most business?

Home loans and home refinancing ranked first, with more than 1,260 million baht in credit lines. The event offered a home-loan promotion of 0% annual interest for the first three months, a 50% reduction in property appraisal fees and gifts such as luggage and Central vouchers. It also featured residential and investment properties in the northeast, including detached houses, townhouses, condominiums, commercial buildings, vacant land, factories and warehouses, with discounts of up to 50% and offers including 0% home-loan interest for 24 months, free transfer fees of 1-2% and gift vouchers worth up to 100,000 baht.

Insurance, life insurance and bancassurance were the second-largest category, with more than 680 million baht in total insured value. Products highlighted at the fair included short-term savings insurance with cash returns of 4-8% and minimum coverage of 50,000 baht, health insurance with lump-sum coverage of up to 5 million baht and coverage through age 99, investment-linked life insurance with risk-based investment choices, and comprehensive insurance covering personal and group accidents, fire and theft.

What else was offered at the fair?

Buyers of insurance at the event were offered prizes including gold bars, an iPhone 18 Pro Max, a Samsung Galaxy S26, an Apple Watch Series 12, Central gift vouchers worth up to 100,000 baht, Lotus’s gift cards worth up to 2,500 baht, luggage, a Dyson Purifier air cleaner and a Platinum Female health check-up voucher, subject to conditions. The organiser also said premiums could be paid in instalments at 0% interest for up to three to six months, and used for tax deductions of up to 300,000 baht.

Deposits and savings lottery products ranked third, with more than 120 million baht, followed by credit cards at more than 110 million baht and SME loans at more than 15 million baht. The organiser said SME borrowers came to seek working capital and liquidity, especially for construction businesses and retail-wholesale factories, with loan limits of up to 15 million baht and special interest rates offered at the event.

The fair also included “Debt Clinic by SAM”, which combines defaulted credit card debt, cash-card debt and unsecured personal loans into one balance, with 3-5% annual interest, a 10-year repayment period and support for overdue debt more than 120 days, up to 2 million baht. Another programme, “Pay off debt fast, move on”, was for bad debt of up to 100,000 baht and offered either a “pay, close, finish” option with a 50% principal reduction or an instalment option with a 30% principal reduction and 0% interest for up to three years.

The next Money Expo will be held in Chiang Mai from 6 to 8 November 2026 at Chiang Mai Hall, Central Chiangmai Airport, the organiser said.
