Market order
An instruction to trade immediately at the best available price.
A market order guarantees execution but not price. It is filled against whatever liquidity exists at that instant, which in fast or thin markets can be several pips away from the price displayed a moment earlier.
It is the right tool when being in the trade matters more than the exact entry — for example entering into strong momentum, or exiting a position you need out of now.
