- The same terms name TEC International (Cyprus) Ltd (HE 389575, CySEC licence 382/20) as a group company serving eligible counterparties only, and ISPASS Technologies Ltd (HE 394419, Cyprus) as the group's software provider.
- GT IO Markets (Pty) Ltd is described in the group footer as acting as the intermediary between the investor and the liquidity provider for contracts for difference.
- Directories give conflicting founding years (2019/2020/2021) and no own-page founding statement was found.
