Forex Foundations

7 lecciones · 53 min · 14 preguntas

You have never placed a trade. Perfect. We start from the very first idea — what a pip is, how lots work, how a price is quoted — and walk you calmly to a first order you actually understand.

Qué puedes hacer después

  • Read a currency quote and count a move in pips
  • Explain lots, leverage and margin without notes
  • Size a first micro-lot trade from a risk rule
  • Choose a regulated broker on evidence, not marketing

Risk & Position Sizing

5 lecciones · 37 min · 10 preguntas

The belt that keeps you alive. Fixed-fractional risk, stop placement that respects the chart, correlation between pairs, and the arithmetic of drawdown that nobody shows beginners.

Qué puedes hacer después

  • Size every trade from stop distance and risk budget
  • Place stops on structure, not on round numbers
  • Spot correlated positions stacking the same bet
  • Understand what a drawdown really costs to recover

1Fixed-fractional riskRisking a constant percentage of equity is the simplest rule that survives a losing streak.8 min2 Q
2Placing a stop that makes senseA stop belongs where your idea is wrong — not where your loss feels comfortable.8 min2 Q
3Correlation between pairsThree trades can be one bet. Knowing when tells you whether you are diversified or doubled up.7 min2 Q
4The mathematics of drawdownRecovering from a loss is harder than making it. The asymmetry is the whole argument for small risk.7 min2 Q
5Margin calls & stop-outsWhat actually happens when losses eat the deposit, and why it usually happens at the worst moment.7 min2 Q

Strategy & The Journal

4 lecciones · 31 min · 8 preguntas

An idea becomes a system. You write rules down, you test them against history honestly, you record every trade, and you review the record instead of your memory.

Qué puedes hacer después

  • Backtest without fooling yourself
  • Keep a journal that answers questions later

Psychology & Longevity

4 lecciones · 29 min · 8 preguntas

The mechanics are second nature and the enemy is now internal. Tilt, variance, the discipline of doing nothing, and building a trading life that survives a bad quarter.

Qué puedes hacer después

  • Recognise tilt in yourself before it costs money
  • Separate a bad outcome from a bad decision
  • Sit out flat markets without inventing trades
  • Build routines that outlast motivation
#LecciónQué cubreTiempoCuestionario
1Process versus outcomeIn a probabilistic game, a good decision can lose and a terrible one can win. Grade accordingly.7 min2 Q
2Tilt & revenge tradingThe account-ending damage is rarely one bad trade. It is the five that follow it.7 min2 Q

4Building a routine that lastsMotivation is a bad power source. Structure is what carries a trader through year two.8 min2 Q
